PYIZA is found on Decision No.199/1998/QD-TTg
dated 13 October 1998 by the Prime Minister, a focal agency
willing to provide investors information free of charge and
supports,
including:
- General
information on the province's socio-economy
- Sectors
wherein investment is encouraged, investment documents &
formalities,
investment incentives to the IZs…
PYIZA
is the agency in direct management of the provincial area-located IZs,
including HoaHiep IZ 1 (HIZ 1) on 101.5 ha, HoaHiep IZ 2 (HIZ 2) on
221 ha, HoaHiep IZ 3 (HIZ 3) on 448 ha, AnPhu IZ 1 (APIZ 1) on 97 ha, AnPhu IZ
2 (APIZ 2) on 50 ha, North-East SongCau
IZ 1 (NESCIZ 1) on 105.8 ha, North-East SongCau
IZ 2 (NESCIZ 2) on 98 ha, North-East SongCau
IZ 3 (NESCIZ 3) on 98 ha. All of these IZs are part of the national
IZ/IP network and given priority in development.

PYIZA
is a State managing agency, who performs the functions of controlling and governing all of IZ-based activities, under the "one-stop" mechanism that aims at simplifying formalities, and saving time at most for
investors.
PYIZA is authorized to grant documents such as Investment License, Export-Import Plan & Certificate of Goods Origin-Form D, Work Permit, etc.; for those documents beyond its competence, PYIZA
is the accepting place, whose responsibility is to work them out
with functional agencies for consideration and approval in the
soonest, and the investor has no need to access these agencies.
The
time
limit of approval and issuance of papers/licenses, authorized to PYIZA:

License: 10 days at most (based on the project scale)

of the year’s import plan: 5 days

Certificate
of Goods Origin (Form D): 4 hours

Work permit:
7 days
