HOAHIEP INDUSTRIAL ZONE

 

1. Sub-lease of land with developed infrastructure:

  • The cost is US$ 0.2/ m2/year

  • IZ enterprise who makes a IZ land sub-lease shall be free of cost for the first 10 years

  • IZ enterprise shall be further free of cost in the following 2 years, provided that one of the followings is satisfied:

  • Employment of an average of 300 laborers or so

  • Export turnover of over US$ 5,000,000 a year

  • 40 % of local raw materials to be used for production

  • Investing in the encouraged sectors (click here to see which is encouraged)

  • Those investors who deliver the payment in advance by a lump sum of years right in the first year shall be deducted from the cost as follows:

    • Of 5 years, with 5% deduction of such 5 years’ payment

    • Of over 5 years, one progressive year plus 1% deduction of such period’s payment (e.g. of 6 years with 6% deduction; of 7 years with 7% deduction, etc.), yet the total deduction of not over 20% of such period’s payment

    • Of over 25 years, with 25% deduction 

2. Infrastructure use charges:

  • At a rate of US$ 0.1/m2/year, on yearly payment

  • Any of IZ-based projects enjoys first 5 years free of charge

3. Broker’s expenses:

The expenses of land sub-lease brokerage are assigned at max. 10% of the 5-year sub-lease value affixed to the sub-leased area


ANPHU INDUSTRIAL ZONE

1. Sub-lease of land with developed infrastructure:

  • IZ enterprise who makes a IZ land sub-lease shall be free of cost for the first 5 years

  • IZ enterprise shall be further free of cost in the following 2 years, provided that one of the followings is satisfied:

  • Employment of an average of 500 laborers or so

  • Export turnover of over US$ 5,000,000 a year

  • Clean industries, high technology

  • Investing in the encouraged sectors (click here to see which is encouraged)

  • Those investors who deliver the payment in advance by a lump sum of years right in the first year shall be deducted from the cost as follows:

    • Of 5 years, with 5% deduction of such 5 years’ payment

    • Of over 5 years, one progressive year plus 1% deduction of such period’s payment (e.g. of 6 years with 6% deduction; of 7 years with 7% deduction, etc.), yet the total deduction of not over 20% of such period’s payment

    • Of over 25 years, with 25% deduction

  • Any of IZ-based projects enjoys first 3 years free of charge


NORTHEAST SONGCAU INDUSTRIAL ZONE

1. Sub-lease of land with developed infrastructure:

  • The cost is US$ 0.2/ m2/year

  • IZ enterprise who makes a IZ land sub-lease shall be free of cost for the first 10 years

  • IZ enterprise shall be further free of cost in the following 3 years, provided that one of the followings is satisfied:

  • Employment of an average of 300 laborers or so

  • Export turnover of over US$ 5,000,000 a year

  • 40 % of local raw materials to be used for production

  • Investing in the encouraged sectors (click here to see which is encouraged)

  • IZ enterprise who starts construction in 2003 shall enjoy two (2) years more free of cost, and who starts construction in 2004 then shall be given one (1) year more free of cost

  • IZ enterprise shall obtain additional 5% reduction of the land sub-lease value in the whole term of the sub-lease contract, provided that one of the followings are satisfied: 

    • 3 hectares or so to be leased, and a lump sum for at least 20 years to be advanced right at the first year

    • a fund scale of US$ 3,000,000 or so to be realized on foreign investment, or of VND 30,000,000,000 on domestic investment

  • Those investors who deliver the payment in advance by a lump sum of years right in the first year shall be deducted from the cost as follows:

    • Of 5 years, with 5% deduction of such 5 years’ payment

    • Of over 5 years, one progressive year plus 1% deduction of such period’s payment (e.g. of 6 years with 6% deduction; of 7 years with 7% deduction, etc.), yet the total deduction of not over 20% of such period’s payment

    • Of over 25 years, with 25% deduction
